Working principle of CV:
During irrigation, the automatic controller turns on the water pump, and the water flows through the pipeline to the lower chamber of the magnetic valve, then enters the upper chamber through the inlet hole. The controller sends an electrical signal to the magnetic valve, and under the electromagnetic action, the electromagnetic piston is lifted, and the water in the upper chamber is discharged downstream of the valve through the drain hole. At this point, the pressure in the upper chamber decreases, the water in the lower chamber lifts the diaphragm, opens the valve, and the water in the pipeline rushes down.
When the time set by the controller is reached, the controller current is interrupted and the electromagnetic field disappears. Under the action of the electromagnetic head spring, the piston moves downward and presses against the drain hole. At this point, the pressure in the upper and lower chambers is balanced. Due to the large surface area and high pressure on the diaphragm, the diaphragm is pushed downwards by the pressure difference, blocking the valve and terminating the flow of water. Irrigation is over.
